Bad Day for a Space Cowboy

mmmMMMMMmm been rehashing some years-old scifi western concepts into something palatable (mostly species designs and basic worldbuilding) because a friend made me think it would be feasible to write a story about them (HAH)
Anyway they have guns and trains and racism
And Really Big "birds" of prey................
Look fella I'm sure u were in a big hurry but theres a reason you don't just go riding in the open around here the locals warned ya to stick to the canyons or go riding at night but better the stomach of a wild animal than the stockade??? Debatable......
